We do this via our monthly all hands, surveys, and check in’s with all our staff as well as making significant changes in the business to become a green logistics company. We are making giant steps towards this already by purchasing carbon offsets for those gas/diesel vehicles, which means we are using regenerative agriculture, afforestation, direct air capture, and enhanced weathering to remove carbon in place of those vehicles we use.
