Great place to work, especially if you’re motivated by impact. The company is truly mission-driven, and that translates into the work people do every day. The teams are composed of highly capable and collaborative individuals, and there’s a strong sense of cooperation across functions. Bureaucracy is minimal to non-existent, which allows you to move quickly and make meaningful progress without unnecessary friction. There’s a high level of autonomy and trust—no micromanagement—and you’re empowered to own your work and drive initiatives forward. Leadership demonstrates genuine care for employees and invests in well-being initiatives. The on-premises offices are modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, and a lot of in-person events are planned.

Minpunten

Not necessarily a downside for everyone, but the pace is fast and ownership is expected. You’re trusted to deliver, which means you’re also accountable. Deadlines are generally reasonable, and engineering estimates are respected, but once commitments are made, delivering on time is important. This environment works best for people who are comfortable with autonomy, responsibility, and moving quickly.

There is little hope that our stock options will have value soon. Leadership often prioritized alignment over independent judgment, and despite major hires and restructuring, the company has struggled to deliver products with meaningful impact or market traction. Feedback largely flowed top-down, with dissent poorly received and limited room to challenge decisions. While some leaders projected openness, there was often a noticeable gap between image and reality, with culture seeming more focused on hierarchy and appearances than execution and results.
