People here care about what they’re building, which makes it easier to push through challenges and ship meaningful work. The culture is fun and positive, and there are a lot of great people with different interests to connect with. It also feels like the company is very focused right now, with teams aligned and making real progress each quarter. As an engineer, I feel like my input matters and that I have strong ownership over what I work on. There’s a clear openness to innovation, especially around AI and new tools, and not much red tape, which makes it easy to collaborate and move quickly across teams.
