great space to learn, friendly colleagues which built into great friendships that last, also colleagues that are not afraid to give constructive feedback to grow.

Minpunten

work quite long hours during peak season, but I didn’t regret that as a junior. Crunching those hours is what makes us grow.

- The company culture is unbeatable. The management really takes care of staff, always listens to our concerns and try to give the best for employees. - Office politics is non existent. Feels like working with friends, not colleagues (in the best way). Even the founders are down to earth and will have casual lunch with the team. - Prospect for career growth is there, and management will champion for your growth by investing in training for you based on what your career goals are. - Flexible working hours and on a hybrid model. company is more focused on deliverables. communication is really important

the only cons is the workload. As it is a small company, you will be expected to take on a lot of tasks. could be stressful but you will learn a lot.
