Pluspunten
The company is fully remote and everyone at or below the director title are amazing hard working people that make it bearable to work there.
Minpunten
Writing was on the wall this year after 17 CSMs and AEs left for other companies and the company did not backfill the positions. And to no one's surprise they had ANOTHER layoff this October, which now makes it 6 rounds of layoffs since 2023. This is not a company you should work for as the continued narrative of "leadership vs. everyone else" is still the case. ICs have been screaming from the rooftops since 2021 all the things that need to be changed but leadership (and the new leadership that took over in 2024) continues to have these insane growth targets because they do not understand the K12 space at all which has led to more people losing their jobs because of their incompetence.
