1. They will let you think but won't allow you to speak. 2 . They will keep ranting about the ownership mindset but they won't ever let you feel like an owner. 3. They will make you work on Public Holidays. There are no holidays on weekends or ever. You can take 5 days off in a month that too with the CEO's approval. 4. There will be no performance bonus at all. The variable component in your offer letter is fake. 5. They will deduct your money because of silly reasons/penalties. 6. They will deduct Rs.3/mins if you are late for your work in the morning but they will make you work till 11 pm without any reward. 7. There is no growth in the company. There are no promotions. 8. They will terminate your employment without notice.

Team: The best part of working at GoLorry has been the people I have worked with. The stress involved working at an early stage stage startup is never low but the founders have been extremely supportive since I joined, providing encouragement and direction for growth - both for the company and myself. The CEO is willing to great lengths for the best of the company and his team. Culture: There is no upper limit on the hours but the reason I work is not because I have to, it’s because I want to. I have the autonomy to make my decisions, take my own risks, without having to go through a chain of command, asking for permission. Work: The work we do is not always pleasant but at the end of the day, week, fortnight - seeing the difference I make, makes it worth it.

Minpunten

At times, the stress is too much and it is often not possible to talk to someone not from the company about this since they do not understand. So one needs to learn to deal with stress on their own. Under the pressure of fulfilling demands from user ends, it is possible to forget the bigger picture. So, it may seem like GoLorry is not doing anything different from the current market which leads to discontent.
