I have experience in many different companies throughout my professional career, and this is the only company I've chosen to commit to long-term. GoMo Health overall has a very supportive management team and the entire workforce is truly passionate about the company's products and mission. In my experience, GoMo Health offers more benefits than most other companies of their size (Hello, Summer Fridays!!). They are very flexible when it comes to schedules and personal matters and are always willing to work something out. They have a cool, hip space in downtown Asbury Park where employees have lot's of space and are free to come and go as they please, with a generous flex schedule. Any issue or complaint I've ever had has been taken seriously and resolved quickly when bringing it to management's attention. Staff here has become more like family. I love the small-company family atmosphere. It's a great company with huge potential, and somewhere I am proud to call my home.

Being that it's a small company, many folks wear multiple hats. Sometimes we have to roll up our sleeves and dive into something that may not necessarily be in our main area of focus. At the same time, I feel this is somewhat a pro, being that you are never bored and always get to try new and exciting things.
