Great brand name for my resume and great initial team to work with.

Managers cant actually monitor or review work properly, Told one thing to our faces, but hear another behind the scenes. Very two faced. Teams are full of bloat and long serving staff offering little innovation, Real innovators and interrupters trying break bad habits in the company are seen as troublemakers and easy targets for redundancy. Putting a bonus in peoples packages just to make them redundant before vesting. Poor form.
