It is unfortunate to hear that your experience working at GoPurpose had been an unpleasant one.
As a start-up company, we stress on employees due diligence as the team is lean, the workload and work processes can be quite challenging at times and require employees to be independent as well as taking on an initiative approach towards all projects assigned. This may sometimes be misconstrued as lack of direction but in actuality, full autonomy is given for the employee to take on, grow and prove themselves.
The vision of GoPurpose is to educate people on sustainability, promote and reinforce the 17 SDG goals. To achieve the target that United Nations have set out for 2030, it is a collaborative effort and partnerships required by many parties, GoPurpose is an advocate that aims to make it happen and leave a better planet for the future generations. The CEO of GoPurpose chairs the SDG solutions in Singapore along with other universities and is the first Asian member invited to sit on board with other experts and high profile individuals in Northern Europe.
During all recruitment phases, employees are informed of our company’s vision and upon signing their agreement, it is mutually agreed upon that all employees will undertake their job scope along with the vision of the company. The company runs a stringent process of implementing a good working system with an intention to impart and educate its employees on the SDG goals as well as the importance of the work they are accomplishing and contributing to. The employee is expected to excel in their duties with the belief that their work contribution is part of their purpose in life. Employees that have shown to be underperforming are apprised by the management and should they continue to display substandard or poor performance, the management reserves the right to issue their notice for dismissal.
GoPurpose reserves our rights to involve our legal team to pursue and reveal your true identity to see if there were any impersonation with Glassdoor in regards to your false accusations. We will pursue legal actions against this if this wrongfully written review is not removed accordingly.
