Work life balance, though there are times that require over 8 hours a day due to deadlines, etc., there is flexibility to accommodate personal events without issue. Open communication between supervisor and employees. Company updates/communication from management on a weekly basis. Most employees are working remote since Covid.

Since Covid, US offices were closed. My position on working remote is although it is convenient, the personal interaction "around the water cooler" isn't as frequent -- although my department does a 30-minute semi-monthly video "meeting," so that is a positive.

I'm new to the organization and everything has been great so far. It's a good group of smart, motivated people that want to make a difference in the cybersecurity sector. We want to help stop the 'bad actors' in every way possible.
