Pluspunten
The office space is fantastic. Free snacks, great coffee, and afternoon drinks all catered in the office. A majority of the employees are just all around great people. I made a few lasting friendships and I would say 95% of the people are not jerks. The environment can be very collaborative. Everyone on the team is happy to help and they are quick to respond. You are free to plan / go about your day how you would like. There is no overbearing metrics / "ideal days" that you are managed against.
Minpunten
I'll start with the beginning of my experience. During my recruitment process they painted a picture of Sales performance (reps hitting their quotas / the company on a fantastic trajectory). Unfortunately that was misstated and the opposite was true. My on-boarding process was quite lengthy (almost 5 months). The process has been expedited with the help of some of us that have been through it. But plan on spending three months learning the product and practicing your pitch until you can get leadership's approval (this was a large challenge, they were not very available and what was required of me was a moving target). The sales leadership team doesn't understand the deal math very well. Quota's for your first year are extremely high (unattainable) due to the nature of the deal cycles. This means you will not have a shot at your OTE in your first year because they do not provide a ramp. The leadership team appeared to foster a culture of openness and willingness to learn. In my experience they communicated on company goals well, but were unwilling to learn from subordinates. A majority of new ideas were spurned as bad ideas. The people that align themselves as "yes men/women" are better served than those that ask questions.
