Lack of support for neurodivergent staff. Made company aware of neurodivergence, and was told ‘that’s not an excuse’. If you are not in sales, you are less significant for the company. All work socials are ‘drinks’. No opportunity for staff who don’t drink, or are religious, to socialise out of work hours. Heads of department are too important to sit with their departments and staff, it feels like a lack of support and disregard to working there. Poor benefits system.
