- Good work life balance. Flexible with when and where to work. - Good healthcare plans.

Minpunten

- Too focused on generating sales and neglect the importance of making great products. - Lots of yes men. Company culture, especially mid- to senior level, is very bad. There are a few employees who do not have the right skills but are placed at senior level positions. Lack of a strong peer and management feedback makes it difficult for the employees to know what they are good or bad at. You wouldn't receive the objective feedback for personal and professional growth. Sometimes it makes me wonder why the company is, to some extent, self-sabotaging its long-term health. - Don't live up to the core values they claim to champion. They claim to be key to move quickly and put customers first. This is not the case at all. Company product development is slow and put revenue before users most of the time.

LogMeIn is continually thinking about how our products can better serve our customers. Our products continue to win awards every year, and the creation of our Innovation Labs team will enable us to continually push the boundaries of discovery. During this first year of our combined company, many improvements were made to bring together GetGo and LogMeIn, but we did not deliver on training our middle managers. We recently brought on LogMeIn's first VP, Learning and Development to spearhead key learning initiatives such as Leadership Development in 2018. At the end of the day, we want you to feel as LogMeIn allows you to do your best work of your career, should you have further concerns we suggest you speak with your HR Business Partner, they are your best resource to address the feedback you outlined above. Remote and unfortunately that is it

Minpunten

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
