Lower level management are good.

Last week the company admitted they knew they have a big problem keeping sales people. This week they announced the yearly sales kick off event would require everyone to share rooms. Director level or higher get their own room of course. They cant have the peons thinking they're too important by getting their own rooms I guess. Totally tone deaf.

Granting them their own rooms was intended as a reward and reflection of their career success, it was genuinely not intended to be an elitist move. Remote and unfortunately that is it

Minpunten

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
