LogMeIn is a shell of what it used to be. While it touts to be a place where you can do the best work of your professional life, it has become anything but. If you are not in the sales department, funds are constantly cut and efforts overlooked. The company struggles to hire engineers because any competent engineer knows they will either be underpaid or not be doing worthwhile work. Without engineers, it is impossible for a SaaS company to thrive. Committees comprised of out-of-touch management are formed after negative employee feedback, but nothing substantial changes. Care employees are overworked and undervalued. I only stay here because of my colleagues, not because I find the work I do to be meaningful anymore.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
