Minpunten

Nothing is perfect. The pay is higher than banks and telcos but other SaaS companies in the region offer a higher pay. Money isn't everything.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
