1. Too much micromanagement 2. Lot of work assigned which just cannot be completed in 40-45 hours / week. 3. Any leave beyond 1-2 days is questioned by management with them telling you see that if you could connect as it will impact quarterly business goals. 4. After it has become private changes happen on everyday basis with no proper planning and execution.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
