The new management doesn’t know how to exploit the company’s strengths, thus they are reducing the task force.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
