Used to be great place to work.

Minpunten

They have unrealistic expectations from engineers & the job here is unrewarding. On-call work is hectic and hikes or promotions is only limited to “jive folks” . Leadership is not motivating with their decisions and it has lead to downfall of the company. Every quarter there is a riff and this is unsettling for everyone.

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
