Very poor layoff practices. I was not laid off, but the way they laid off other people made me want to leave, so i did.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
