Not everyone can adjust to such changes. - Transparency: Direct feedback is given to each other. We prioritize high value and quality, which is uniformly understood within the team and not meant to be taken personally. - Goalcast has exceptionally high standards and prioritizes results. To thrive, you have to be driven by results, aspire to exceed expectations and eager to have an impact. - It's typical to wear multiple hats, experience frequent changes in project scopes, and abandon the notion of tasks being strictly within one's scope. If you're looking for a place where you can simply "do your job," then this may not be the right fit for you. The team members are all driven to make a meaningful impact and are highly motivated to get things done.

Minpunten

While not necessarily a "con", there is a lack of structure and processes. This could lead to occasional uncertainty about direction, although the expectation to deliver results remains high. However, it also presents the chance to build from scratch, challenge yourself, be resourceful and see the positive impact of one's work.

Pluspunten

- Flexibility - They actually listen to feedback and grow/change from it. - no micromanaging - Culture is great, people are great. - There's so much opportunity for growth here, but you have to have a good grasp on who you are as a person. - you opinion is encouraged at all times, even if it results in conflict - great benefits to help you grow (self dev $, health $)

Minpunten

Being one of the only US employees, the benefits aren't 1-1 with the Canadian employees, but that's somewhat to be expected with a growing company. I'm confident they'll get there at some point.

We appreciate your feedback. As we further expand and bring on more US employees we definitely want to improve the benefits we offer to our American Goalcasters.
