      - Flexibility - They actually listen to feedback and grow/change from it. - no micromanaging - Culture is great, people are great. - There's so much opportunity for growth here, but you have to have a good grasp on who you are as a person. - you opinion is encouraged at all times, even if it results in conflict - great benefits to help you grow (self dev $, health $)

      Minpunten

      Being one of the only US employees, the benefits aren't 1-1 with the Canadian employees, but that's somewhat to be expected with a growing company. I'm confident they'll get there at some point.

      We appreciate your feedback. As we further expand and bring on more US employees we definitely want to improve the benefits we offer to our American Goalcasters. Thanks for your patience and if there are any US benefits we haven't yet discovered that the People and Culture team can look into message us on Slack!
