Pluspunten
The office is really beautifully located and is open concept. It has a really good productive vibe with snacks, a gym(ish) (lacking major equipment), shower etc. Really cool board rooms, well equipped with that respects. Goalcast provides you with all electronics you need. Great place to start!
Minpunten
My team lead was a bully, to be honest. She put a lot of people on the spot and unnecessarily so. Personally, I felt uncomfortable with her approach and worked under fear. She singled people out at times in front of the team, which is so problematic, toxic, and wrong. Honestly, my colleagues were great but that team lead was something else. I did not have a good experience because of her so I quit. Also, she had her favourites and that, to me, is telling of what a leader should not be.
