1. Less pay than average in the market 2. HR is not involved much in day to day work activities, primarily because they are a small workforce as compared to the total full time 'office' employees. 3. Front end engineering culture is not established much. There are no Front End Engineering managers, Goibibo direly needs them. 4. Goibibo is a feature first company. If you are in front end, forget about getting time to learn and experiment. 5. Sometimes uncanny sneaky biases set in. 6. There's no code collaboration. It'll feel like you are working along all day, especially if you are in front end engineering teams.
