I’ve been with the company for 3 years as the Recruiting Manager and signed on to assist a small, female owned company's progression from the GKG 20 years ago to now, utilizing automation, working smarter, not harder and upgrading with technology. While contributing to the company’s growth to GKG 2.0, not only have I been given the chance to fulfill the initial offer, but I have also been able to contribute in many other ways including genuine communications, fostering connections with employees, candidates, and job seekers and granted the capacity to thrive and influence. As a recruiter in the government contractor space for over 20 years, preferring to aid small company expansion, I find it challenging to recruit when transparency lacks. The individuals I collaborate with and relate to here at GKG are genuine and that simplifies recruiting for this company… it makes recruiting easier because the people are wonderful, craft practical and exciting solutions and the work is executed with integrity (and we have some amazing customers and partners as well!). GKG is able to ride the wave with the ebb and flow of life, government contracting, the world at large. No Con's. Keep the open communication/transparency in place. Great work with that. Not alot of companies can say the same.
