First off, I want to say that I have investigated your claim that individuals in the company post “fake reviews”, and have found no evidence to support it. However, because it is a serious allegation, I would encourage you to reach out to me directly to discuss further.
Regarding changing priorities, this is an outcome of how knowledge evolves as we work through projects. When we find product/market dynamics that we didn’t initially predict, we must quickly course-correct, which sometimes involves rework by different teams. This can be frustrating, especially when folks have invested considerable effort into their deliverables, but is an essential part of building a strong business. If we don’t course-correct at the right times, then we risk releasing products that won’t resonate with customers, and our business would start to decline. Having said this, it is feedback like yours that shows us that we haven’t done a good-enough job communicating why these changes are made. Since you wrote your review, we have made progress in this regard, are we are continuing to improve as we move forward.
