Pluspunten
Not an all-bad team of people around apart from people in senior management. The office is in a decent area. If you care only about money, it has a decent commission structure to earn it. Hours are also not terrible.
Minpunten
Awful senior management. They are so out-of-touch with modern business practice / technology / employee treatment / you name it. There's hardly any training so you're released into the world to talk to senior people when you haven't a clue what you're doing. Then you're told off for not getting resulted when they have equipped you so poorly to achieve good things. You're unlikely to learn any skills here, and the work is extremely boring.
