We have had many employees who have successfully changed jobs or even moved into management positions. Additionally, our management team is constantly listening to feedback from employees, either directly or through regular satisfaction surveys. In fact, our last employee satisfaction survey showed an NPS of 51, which is great! I also wanted to mention that most of the feedback we have on Glassdoor is actually quite positive and goes against the perception you've shared.
