Pluspunten
Hybrid working arrangements and flexibility, including part-time. Easy to cruise from home as long as I come up with nice narratives and stories
Minpunten
You often hear people reminisce about the times back before Wilmar's acquisition. Chinese culture is now deeply embedded compared to the Mascot days. Meetings often feel exclusionary, with a noticeable language barrier and a culture that feels more aligned with the parent company's headquarters than the Australian market. Long-term tenure does not always feel valued. After years of restructures, many talented people have left. Those remaining are often just "part of the furniture," doing the bare minimum to get by because leadership values hollow narratives that feel comfortable. Sales are dwindling and core categories are in structural decline.
