I met a lot of great people here but my manager was completely absent. It’s a very hire and fire environment.

They have a Beautiful office.

Too much middle management keeping any resolutions from happening. Very much a clique and you will feel the pressure of being pushed out if you don’t color inside their box. They are looking for sheep to follow, not Lions to lead. They would rather bring people in from the outside, rather than promote from within. zero work life balance although they promote it all day long.
