Company is in transition the retail component 21 stores locally are struggling to meet sales expectations. Some of the austerity plans proposed such as limiting full time hours to 35 a week are a bit harsh but seem to be the answer for slowing sales volume? Store level management with few exceptions are mediocre at best and are the result of a lack of cohesive leadership plan. Company empowers employees and thats great but allows dissent and unqualified opinions to distract the team from its goals.
