Everything about GovCIO is a con, from the sub standard health insurance to the limited PTO, to the staff, leadership and meaningless townhall meetings where they boast about profit earnings which never funnel down to the employees. GovCIO pre-merger was a wonderful place to work, now it's an employees nightmare.
