Low salary for the security clearances needed. No pay on snow days, even though they get the pay from the government, it isn't passed to the contractors

I have learned a lot from the Leadership and have grown as a professional. I learned commitment, diligence, and sincerity. I do not know how to put it in a word, but also matured as a person by being/working with you for past years. Mrs. Hirsch has been a wonderful boss and a mentor. I just wanted to express my appreciation, looking back the past years.

Minpunten

Backlog has been soft due to the lack of a federal budget however the market is coming back and the Company is winning new contracts and work.
