Minpunten
Gradle is a great place to thrive if you are an engineer. Unfortunately, if you're on the marketing side, the toxic marketing leadership that gatekeeps ideas proved to be suffocating. A culture of micromanagement and bottlenecking prevents the marketing team from implementing innovative strategies or, at the very least, the best modern content marketing practices. The company is stuck in outdated marketing practices and refuses to adapt. The worst part is that team members are not empowered to bring ideas to the table for fear of retribution, and there is little to no direct access to higher-ups. Unless there is a significant shift in the company culture, I cannot recommend Gradle as a good workplace for marketing professionals. Finally, they discuss maintaining and expecting "high standards" in content development. That, of course, is highly subjective. Your words may not be edited correctly, with a bias toward excessive wordiness under the guise of "quality."
