      They have a different approach to everything when compared to the other creative agencies I have worked at. They have 4 doggos,who also come to the office everyday!

      Good food and self cooking option. pet friendly

      Worst management, unplanned strategies . No skill development. Very difficult to move internally. Lot of politics. 5-6% hike for average performance. Bad interview process. They might reject for your bad vocabulary also. They only hire foreign returns. 1 month interview process. 10 days trial period means we have to work free for 10 days. after trial period they will take another 15 days to respond
