Collaborative work environment especially in virtual setting during covid-19

Not much room for growth

Collaborative with each other and in a good location.

Institutional arrogance. There is a “we are better than” spirit that permeates the place. I have seen them decline invitations to collaborate from some of the Nation’s leaders in health. Not sure what is wrong with them. Not much room for profession here.
