Unrealistic scheduling - many days in a row (longest run i did was 11 days without a day off) Busy busy busy. Some shifts you dont get a break.

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
