Great pay, fantastic franchisee he takes care of all his staff not just management, very busy, flexible hours.

Would really love a retirement plan, other than that I have no other complaints.

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
