They expect way too much from their employees. And after going through what I went through with them I wouldn't recommend working for them. If you're a new hairstylist or you been doing hair for awhile I would recommend working somewhere else. I am so grateful that I am no longer with this company because now I can start my new career working from home with my new company and have much more freedom being my own boss and making more money. I been considering leaving this company for quite a while now and they just done me a huge favor in helping with my decision to leave and start a new and better career path to better my future and the ability to finally start a job from home and have more family time and me time. I'll have the flexibility to work when and where I choose. I would give 0 stars if I could.
