Working at Greenrider Technology LLP has been an absolute disaster. The environment is toxic, leadership is out of touch, and the office is rife with politics. Promotions and recognition are based entirely on favoritism, not merit or hard work. The constant power plays and backstabbing make it impossible to trust anyone or succeed based on skill alone. To make things worse, the policies are a mess. They constantly change, and every month there’s a new set of rules designed to benefit the company, not the employees. There’s no stability, no consistency, and absolutely no transparency. It feels like the company makes up the rules as they go, leaving employees confused and frustrated. HR is completely ineffective. Complaints about the toxic environment and favoritism are ignored, and they do nothing to address the deep-rooted issues within the company. It’s clear their priority is protecting management, not supporting employees. Perhaps worst of all, there is nothing to learn here. The company offers no opportunities for technical skill development, training, or growth. It feels like a dead-end job where your career stalls. If you're looking to develop professionally or gain new skills, you won’t find it here. In short, avoid this company if you value your career growth, mental health, and stability. It’s a place of politics, chaotic policies, and zero development opportunities. for freshers my advice doesn't join this company because there is nothing to learn they will ask you to write paragraph.
