Leadership: Our leaders are held to clear, measurable behavioural expectations aligned with our values. They are accountable for effective communication, performance, and culture. We also provide multiple, ongoing opportunities for employees to engage directly with our CEO and leadership team. Access to strategic information is a priority and a standard at GreenShield.
Hybrid Work Model: Our hybrid model provides a level of flexibility that many organizations have already pulled back from. While others are pulling employees back into the office full-time, we continue to offer up to three remote days each week. This is a strategic decision to stay ahead of the curve rather than revert to outdated workplace practices.
