I also observed inconsistent accountability across leadership levels. Certain employees seemed to face significantly different standards than others, which could be frustrating for team members who were working hard to meet expectations. I would have appreciated a culture that emphasized consistent standards, objective performance metrics, and more transparent promotion decisions.
