If you’re thinking about starting here, please look elsewhere. I’m not even a disgruntled employee, I’m just trying to save you from getting laid off & having to choose between your next meal and paying rent. They have done multiple MASS layoffs. They went public and then laid off people who have been there since the start. They do not value their employees in the least bit. How they are even still a b corp is beyond me. We get 2 paid holidays (it honestly might be down to 1 at this rate). You will be expected to work thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, etc. Unless your life revolves around Grove and you don’t ever question management, you’ll probably be okay but then again, most likely not. I can honestly say, this was the most toxic work environment I have been a part of. I am so happy not to work there anymore, my entire aura changed when I left. For the better!
