This is a challenging, motivating place to work. The company is growing quickly, and we're all growing with it. We have a great set of core values that we work very hard to live, and that collective effort builds a lot of trust within the team. As a fully remote company we have done a great job creating an inclusive, supportive, results driven workplace.

Minpunten

There are inherent challenges to being fully remote, it takes work to maintain a sense of personal connection with your co-workers. Especially this year with covid canceling our on-sites. This is also a fast paced and demanding job, so being willing to face challenges with a great attitude is a must.

The best reason to work here is to surround ones self with folks who work hard and are knowledgeable. It feels good working on a team where you feel that your co-workers have your back.

Minpunten

Its a very small team so as a result concession must be made on what can get done in a given amount of time.
