      I had a really positive experience working at Growth. The team was high energy, motivated, and truly passionate about helping people improve their lives through coaching. I felt supported from day one and the onboarding and training were solid, and leadership genuinely cares about your success. The sales environment is fast paced and goal driven, which pushed me to level up quickly. I gained a ton of experience, built strong client relationships, hit my targets and made amazing friends here. If you’re looking for a mission-driven company with strong values, great people and a solid product, and the chance to grow fast, Growth is a great place to be.

      Beautiful office. Great base pay and most benefits (no 401k) Lots of comradery and company building. A small business with a small business feel. Free snacks all day every day.

      Incredibly small number of leads given per week. long sales process. hard to close.
