In Colep one will get a multinational approach, openess to newcomers, good infraestructures, very god processes and a solid workforce.

Minpunten

Colep seems not promote the growth of newcomers as there is a generational barrier. The conditions offered vary according with the momentum, existing important differences between the same team.

Great space to learn and develop your skills (technically and functional) Great team work, very friendly atmosphere. Great team Managers Core SAP/IT/Admin team (based in Vale de Cambra - better than Porto. Smaller, more friendly, closer to the business, great restaurants ) reasonable pay conditions taking in consideration the crisis situation. Good health insurance Good work life balance 8:30 - 17:30 (if you keep up with your work and are able to manage your tasks no need to stay longer hours)

Work in international environment with the biggest players on the market. Interesting projects and no issues with self development - training (soft skills and technical)

Minpunten

The possibility of working with the biggest should be enough for you, when it comes to money is not that great. Location is not great also.
