unfriendly culture not welcoming get talked to like a dog Sourcing manager is praised for doing absolutely no work nor does he understand the processes (horrible process); also does not source anything; the planners and the previous manager sources all alternatives as mentioned no process; can't trust the system. no understanding of the major supply issues, increased lead times, container issues. get yelled at for container delays and you are expected to know what is going on at the port and in the ocean causing the delays UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS AND TRULY NONE ATTAINABLE GOALS no pay raises in the last 4 years

Guardian was not aware of these concerns and we will be looking into this immediately. We understand this is upsetting and we ask that employees seek out HR, their supervisor, or our anonymous reporting line with these concerns so we can help in a more timely manner. Guardian was happy to announce to the company recently that we are doing annual merit increases. We recognize that the last few years have been difficult on many businesses, including ours, in regards to pay increases and supply chain issues. We are always working to continually improve and we appreciate the candid feedback.
