High turn over in all departments, little training for installers and if you're not in Pittsburg you're a second rate employee

Work-life balance is nice, very human and enjoyable staff/management, a culture of community

Weekends off are hard to come by due to the nature of the job. But PTO is available and management is flexible

Decent pay and benefits. Good stepping stone for experience then move on.

Favoritism is like high school. Don’t get FMLA or they will retaliate against you. Dishonest supervisors. Doesn’t matter how much knowledge you have, if they don’t like you .. you won’t get far in company.
