Guardian has an enthusiastic training team and adequate training program. For the most part an enthusiastic workforce. Provides good wages and benefits.

Minpunten

Guardian watches every minute of the day you are with them and has a very strict performance quota. Even though they say it are flexible and will work with each individuals learning speed.

Work-life balance is nice, very human and enjoyable staff/management, a culture of community

Minpunten

Weekends off are hard to come by due to the nature of the job. But PTO is available and management is flexible

Decent pay and benefits. Good stepping stone for experience then move on.

Minpunten

Favoritism is like high school. Don’t get FMLA or they will retaliate against you. Dishonest supervisors. Doesn’t matter how much knowledge you have, if they don’t like you .. you won’t get far in company.
