EXTREMELY difficult to troubleshoot problems when there aren't easy to navigate manuals. Also, guardian acquired another company without providing new information on their systems. Was completely in the dark trying to fix someone's problem over the phone.

Work-life balance is nice, very human and enjoyable staff/management, a culture of community

Minpunten

Weekends off are hard to come by due to the nature of the job. But PTO is available and management is flexible

Decent pay and benefits. Good stepping stone for experience then move on.

Minpunten

Favoritism is like high school. Don’t get FMLA or they will retaliate against you. Dishonest supervisors. Doesn’t matter how much knowledge you have, if they don’t like you .. you won’t get far in company.
